How do i turn multiple 1bit inputs into a 4bit output?

I have 4x 1 bit signals coming from a circuit and need to turn them into a 4 bit signal to use for a ROM chip. I know how to turn the output back into 4x 1 bit lines.

Finally got it, using multiplexers with constantval outputs/inputs. Example is in my 20 bit computer project. Just realized the splitter is 2 way
